Since its opening in November 2005 Crafts has been the shopping center of the world class paradise island of Boracay. Prior to Crafts opening, islanders and businesses alike were required to travel to Kalibo or Iloilo for their needs - an often uncomfortable and time consuming experience.
Crafts is the creation of its owner David Craft was born due to the fact that David found it hard to find regular and quality supplies on Boracay on a daily basis. Employing roughly 95 staff, selling 11,000 products in the supermarket, 9,000 products in the department store; supplied by around 80 suppliers on 2,700 sqm of retail space Crafts is truly the ‘Boracay one stop shop’.

Crafts business center is divided into 6 areas:

Restaurant and Bar
As well as the shopping, Crafts serves excellent food in the Crafts Restaurant on the mezzanine floor and is just below the famous Crafty’s Rooftop bar with a wide selection of imported beers and the famous sunset views. Also a guarantee that you will always get the coldest beers on Boracay as well as good company and music!

Services
Crafts is well known for its product sourcing, if you need it crafts can find it. Of course this is within reason, more aimed at higher priced items rather than a rare pot of honey. Specialized electrical goods can fall into this category, flat panel HD TV’s, Surround sound systems, specific refrigerators and freezers as a few examples.

Crafts is managed by a management team all with defined and specific tasks. This management team has a commitment to customer services and this has always been a priority and a goal of Crafts.
